Raw Power

With celebrities like Carol Alt and Woody Harrelson bringing status to the raw food diet, and with continued strong sales of energy bars, it was only a matter of time before the two collided head on. And while many raw bars may be a little light in protein for the serious muscle man, the upside is that they are free of ingredients recognizable only to those with a chemistry degree. With new, awesome tastes and nothing but whole food ingredients such as nuts and dried fruit, raw bars are indeed a worthwhile addition to your gym bag.
